* Minimum Qualification:

**** Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
*** Strong knowledge of radiographic imaging techniques and patient care protocols.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure patient-centered care.
* Ability to read, write, and follow oral instructions.
* Knowledge of all required supplies and equipment necessary for each procedure.
* Knowledge of the Anatomy of vessels and organs in the body (for proper positioning).
* High School Diploma; completion of a two-year certification program or an associate degree that is accredited by the ASRT in Radiology Technology.
* Three (3) years or more of experience working as a Radiology Technologist.
* Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist and Licensed by the State of Arkansas in Radiology Technology.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Operate radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images.
* Assist in patient examinations and treatments as required.
* Review and interpret health record documentation to ensure accurate identification of diagnoses and procedures.
* Adhere to UAMS policies, including Core Concepts of Patient and Family Centered Care, which emphasize dignity, respect, information sharing, participation, and collaboration.
* May perform other duties as assigned.
