Control System Engineer

Controls Engineer – Advanced Automation & Clean Energy for a mission-critical chemical manufacturing site. You will lead automation and control systems at a site actively investing in decarbonization, with a focus on low- and zero-carbon petrochemical production—placing you at the intersection of heavy industry and clean energy. • Design, develop, and maintain control systems for PLC-connected devices across the site
• Respond to urgent technical issues and ensure plant uptime through rapid problem-solving
• Own documentation, schematics, and compliance tracking across all control systems
• Collaborate on network infrastructure, bridging OT and IT to ensure system integrity and security
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building internal engineering capability

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Tech, or a related field
• 3+ years of controls/automation experience in a complex manufacturing setting
• Proficiency with Allen Bradley and Rockwell Automation systems
• Strong grasp of ICS cybersecurity, communication protocols, and OT/IT collaboration
• Calm under pressure, confident communicator, and proactive problem-solver
