- 3+ years of controls/automation experience in a complex manufacturing setting
- Proficiency with Allen Bradley and Rockwell Automation systems
- Strong grasp of ICS cybersecurity, communication protocols, and OT/IT collaboration
- Calm under pressure, confident communicator, and proactive problem-solver
