At AEL, we serve the most vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families throughout Arkansas through Early Head Start and Head Start. We provide transformative learning programs in a childcare setting and offer free Infant, Toddler, and Pre‑K educational childcare/daycare programs across 16 counties.
Responsibilities- Utilize indoor and outdoor environments to create rich learning opportunities that build on daily routines and support each child's individual development.
- Skillfully and intentionally create a bond of care and attention, enabling infants and toddlers to learn and develop appropriately.
- Infant/Toddler CDA or Bachelor’s/Associate’s in Early Childhood Education.
- Or Bachelor’s/Associate’s in any field with willingness to obtain Emphasis on Infant and Toddler Development certificate (1‑2 week training provided).
Full‑time schedule with weekends off, 33 paid days in the first year, competitive pay, paid training, and a benefits package including health, vision, dental, life, and more.
Salary: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour.
