This role is for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Service Advisor who can connect with customers from all backgrounds, deliver exceptional service, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Bridge between customers and service technicians; clearly explain maintenance needs and build trust.
• Provide a welcoming experience, with a focus on Spanish-speaking guests to ensure confidence and care.
• Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and communicating service timelines.
• Support technicians by documenting customer concerns and service history in the DMS/CDK (experience a plus).
• Promote a positive customer experience and contribute to a team-oriented service department.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with fluent communication for a diverse customer base.
• Experience in customer service or automotive sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills; CDK/DMS experience a plus.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
