Overview
Childcare Operations & Leadership Opportunity in Bentonville, AR! We are seeking a Director who will focus their efforts on operational consistency, staff support, and family experience. This position is suited for an early childhood professional who enjoys coaching teams, maintaining strong program standards, and contributing to a positive, well-run center environment. This role works in partnership with regional leadership and requires a hands-on approach, balancing administrative responsibilities with day-to-day support on the floor.
WorkSchedule
Monday through Friday, with flexibility based on center needs
Salary Range$45,000–$55,000 annually
Qualifications- Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field.
- Prior experience leading teams in a licensed childcare or early learning setting is required.
- The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and confident communicating with staff, families, and leadership.
- Support daily center operations while ensuring alignment with licensing regulations and organizational standards.
- Assist with staffing needs by participating in interviews, onboarding coordination, and schedule planning to maintain appropriate coverage.
- Contribute to enrollment stability through participation in tours, family engagement, and local outreach efforts.
- Build trust with families by responding to questions and concerns and serving as a consistent, professional point of contact.
- Provide coaching and feedback through observations and ongoing training; support professional growth and foster a collaborative, accountable team culture.
- As needed, step in to support classroom or operational coverage to ensure continuity of care.
This position is based in an active childcare environment and requires regular movement throughout the center, including standing, sitting, walking, and climbing stairs. The ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds is required. Candidates must be comfortable working around young children and supporting classroom environments as needed.
