Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights, leads data-driven evaluation and strategic planning to support business growth and operational excellence. This role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to develop, implement, and refine business strategies based on comprehensive analysis. The position requires overseeing multiple projects, ensuring process efficiency, and driving performance improvements while mentoring team members. By providing expert guidance and fostering strong stakeholder relationships, the Senior Manager ensures alignment with organizational goals and promotes continuous learning and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.

The Business Analysis and Insights team delivers data-driven support to shape effective business strategies. This team collaborates closely with internal and external partners to analyze bid events and procurement data, ensuring informed decision-making. Members focus on evaluating ongoing initiatives, recommending improvements, and driving strategic growth through clear communication and stakeholder engagement. The team fosters a disciplined approach to process efficiency and compliance while promoting continuous learning and adaptability.

• Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support and refine business strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop consistent, actionable plans based on analytical findings.
• Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of programs and initiatives, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead the execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to achieve objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support strategic growth and alignment.
• Supervise and mentor team members, fostering development and performance excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and promote ethical standards throughout operations.

• Extensive experience in business analysis with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and insights.
• Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies by collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Expertise in evaluating financial and operational performance to drive strategic growth and improve efficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
