We are seeking an exceptional Vice President of Sales – Walmart to oversee and accelerate our Walmart business from our Bentonville, AR hub. You will shape strategy, drive financial performance, and lead a team focused on delivering strong net sales, volume, and EBIT growth. Your leadership will empower a deep bench of sales leaders, category managers, analysts, and cross functional specialists to execute with excellence.
WhatYou Will Do
- Lead the full Walmart business with accountability for revenue, profitability, distribution, and market share growth across Schwan’s frozen and shelf stable portfolios.
- Deepen strategic relationships with Walmart merchants and senior leadership through strong negotiation, influence, and executive presence.
- Passionate leader who inspires trust, encourages growth, coaches talent, and energizes a cross-functional team.
- Develop and execute long-term customer strategies and joint business plans that unlock aggressive, multiyear growth.
- Shape trade and RGM strategies that strengthen financial performance, optimize price/package architecture, and deliver compelling customer value.
- Advance omnichannel performance by integrating instore, digital shelf, and strategies to drive total category growth.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain and DSD teams to improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and OTIF, ensuring operational excellence.
- 10+ years leading a sizeable sales organization within a growing CPG business; a strong track record of sustained growth and P&L ownership.
- Preferably headquarter experience in trade marketing, category or sales planning
- Deep commercial capability across RGM, pricing/pack architecture, negotiation strategy, and customer value drivers.
- Strong people leadership skills with experience developing large teams, building talent pipelines, and fostering a high-performance culture.
The base salary range for this position is $187,000 to $312,000 annually, with eligibility for a 40% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
