• Lead new item setup and execution for retail partners, ensuring speed to market and accuracy to meet customer demand
• Optimize online content and manage customer reviews to enhance engagement and brand perception
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that drive traffic and conversion
• Build and implement sales plans that support new item launches and deliver measurable category growth
• Manage strategic projects that align with business objectives and improve customer experience across channels

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience selling value-added and branded pork in the retail channel
• Proficiency in Retail Link (IDM, Supplier 1, Engage, Pro Spec) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to interpret data and apply insights to sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives

• Bachelor s degree in business or agricultural business; master s degree is a plus
• High level of fresh meat and further processed knowledge
