Position Summary

• Support execution of EBS communications by translating strategy and subject‑matter inputs into clear, consistent content for associates and leaders
• Own end‑to‑end production of newsletters, internal communications, and presentation materials
• Partner with leaders and functional experts to gather inputs and ensure messages are timely and aligned
• Develop and maintain communication plans and cadences to support key business rhythms and initiatives
• Track engagement signals and feedback to understand what content is resonating and inform adjustments

• Experience producing and managing internal communications or content programs in a cross‑functional environment
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear, engaging messages
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint design, including building clear, executive‑ready presentations
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with tools such as Canva and Vimeo for content creation
• Ability to partner effectively with leaders and subject‑matter experts to gather inputs and shape content
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, and comfort owning work end‑to‑end

• 2 years’ experience leading cross‑functional teams
• 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area (or 6 years’ experience)

• Managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or related financial process
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field like project management, compliance, operations management, or related area
• Project Management Certification
