Senior Manager, Transitions and Transformation

Position Summary

This position will work with Leadership, Operations, and Business Partners to identify key opportunities to reduce processing costs and improve operating metrics. Key tasks will include process analysis, throughput analysis, requirements gathering, partnering with Product, Tech, and Automation teams to develop and implement improvements.

• Partner with Operations to prioritize business opportunities to achieve goals
• Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop business requirements for tech/automation teams to build your solution

Our team is responsible for a variety of priorities, including solving complex problems for all of our stakeholders across the board by providing world‑class services such as Source to Contract, Procure to Pay for Goods Not for Resale, Business Intelligence & Robotic Process Automation, Networking, and Pre & Post Payment Audits.

• Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience
• Process Engineering experience (must)
• Strong critical thinking, judgement, and communication skills

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 – $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or related area
• OR 3 years’ experience in business, finance, information technology, or related area
