Whatyou'll do
Lead product development communication across internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment, timely updates, and clear issue resolution. Manage the full product lifecycle—from validating supplier data to reviewing new items, confirming specs, and coordinating approvals across cross‑functional teams. Partner closely with omni merchants across multiple categories to bring high‑quality Member’s Mark products to market. Support sourcing activities by validating documentation, ensuring audit‑ready accuracy, and assisting sourcing managers with projects.
Build, monitor, and refine product specifications through benchmarking, sample review, in‑store evaluations, and continuous collaboration with partners. Conduct research and analyze data to anticipate customer needs, streamline development processes, and identify opportunities to improve product performance. Guide product strategy and creative direction, ensuring products meet financial goals, align with merchandising strategies, and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. Drive execution on multiple projects by setting priorities, removing barriers, tracking progress, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

- Drive execution on multiple projects by setting priorities, removing barriers, tracking progress, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- You have a degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
- You bring hands‑on experience in cleaning or cosmetics formulations.
- You’re well‑versed in EPA and cosmetic regulatory requirements.
- You excel at project management and thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
