Walmart is seeking a Sr Manager-Walmart Shipping to join our growing and fast-paced eCommerce Marketplace team focusing on the Seller Fulfilled Business. This role sits at the intersection of Business, Product, Tech, Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams. This individual will lead the strategy for building and scaling a strategic initiative (Walmart Shipping) by defining the Seller On-Boarding and ramp strategy, owning the Seller Experience, Incentives strategy, international expansion, and full business management (owning the P/L report).

This individual will build out a team to help scale the program. This leader must be data-driven, able to quickly identify trade-offs on prioritization, and be able to align and earn trust across multiple stakeholders and teams. This leader must have financial background (owning the P&L) paired with experience on launching products from both analysis/segmentation and launch plans. We are seeking an individual with experience in the Seller Fulfillment space, including strategy development, execution, and ability to make high impact Seller facing decisions.

• Lead the development and scaling of Walmart Shipping within the Seller Fulfilled Business
• Define seller targeting and onboarding strategies
• Own the end-to-end seller experience and incentive programs
• Manage the full business lifecycle, including P&L ownership
• Collaborate across 20+ cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• Build and lead a team of 3–5 direct reports

• Experience in e-commerce, ideally within a marketplace environment
• Proven people management experience
• Background in shipping operations or having run a business
• Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership
• Experience launching new products or programs
• Executive-level communication skills

• You have built a P&L from scratch
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience navigating large, cross-functional organizations
• Analytical mindset with a bias for action and structure
