What you'll do- Lead and manage advertising account strategies to align with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive business growth.
- Analyze complex data and market insights to develop actionable advertising plans and optimize campaign performance.
- Oversee onboarding processes and resolve escalated client issues to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Coach and mentor team members on best practices in account management, sales forecasting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for product enhancements and support workforce development initiatives.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder and relationship management to build and maintain strategic alliances across business functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data models and reports to inform decision-making.
- Extensive experience in advertising sales and account management, including cross-selling and digital advertising strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership in workforce development, mentorship, and talent cultivation to build high-performing teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective strategies and drive execution aligned with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
