Principal, Technology Operations - Ocean FCL

The Walmart US eCommerce cross border inbound team builds products that allow Marketplace Sellers increased selection by offering fast, reliable, and affordable shipping options from overseas factories to the Walmart Fulfillment network. We are seeking an experienced Principal – Technology Operations to own the Full-Container-Load (FCL) program for a fast-paced, rapidly growing, cross-border inbound logistics service.

This Principal, TO will own the Ocean FCL program, including managing the overall health of the FCL program; setting the long-term strategy for seller experience and growth by delivering new products and enhancements that drive value; defining, measuring, and achieving objectives and key results (OKRs); ensuring project deliverables stay on track and within budget; and communicating or escalating program risks as appropriate.

This role is broad in scope and encompasses business strategy, gathering and defining business requirements, project planning, continuous improvement, KPI management, change management, and tracking issues through to resolution.

• Managing Issues – Drive resolution of key issues, escalations, and projects.
• Working cross-functionally and across multiple locations – Communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success. You will provide program leadership for cross-function teams to deliver on your strategy across business, product, tech, support, and operational organizations.
