We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Sales Analyst to join our dynamic Customer Team at Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc. (BBUSA). The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the development of insightful reporting to translate into business stories that will enhance BBUSA's position as a thought leader in the baking industry.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks between API and other external data sources, as well as internal data sources.
• Design and construct interactive Power BI dashboards that provide an insightful and dynamic view of customer performance and consumer behavior data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, particularly regarding data management, analytics, syndicated data, and retail partnerships.
• Work closely with Business Technology and customer teams to optimize data flow and system connectivity.

• Ability to establish and maintain trusted professional relationships. (Internal/External)
• Understands and can speak the language of Customer Data Integration (API, SQL, Cloud Databases).
• Analyzing situations and making decisions based on logical and objective analysis.
• Thinking outside the box to generate innovative solutions.
• End to End with analysis, letting investigative curiosity lead to putting together the full story.

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business-related field preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.

• Minimum of 3 years in Sales Management, marketing or selling experience.
• Power BI Pro certified or 1-year minimum experience developing dashboards.
• Knowledge of consumer based syndicated data (Circana) and the ability to analyze data.
• Strong interactive and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SQL and other relational database management tools.
• Skills related to Python or other RPA skills like power automate.
• Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, are required and proficiency with Margin Minder.
• Power BI Pro certified (if applicant is internal) (40 hours of training).
