Position Summary
The Director of Reporting and Insights for Walmart Global Ethics will lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies that enhance transparency, compliance, and ethical decision-making across the enterprise. This role is responsible for managing large volumes of data, identifying trends and root causes, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership through clear, compelling communication.
About the teamThe Ethics Governance team plays a key role in upholding our company’s commitment to integrity. We create, maintain, and enforce Ethics policies and procedures that meet legal requirements and follow our Code of Conduct. Our team leads the Conflicts of Interest and Integrity in Action programs, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. We also deliver clear, actionable reports on ethics data and trends to executive leadership, supporting informed decision-making at the highest level.

- Data Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement strategies for reporting to support Global Ethics objectives.
- Analytics & Insights: Conduct statistical analysis to inform ethics and compliance programs. Translate complex data into clear insights for executive audiences.
- Executive Communication: Present ethics trends, other relevant data, and recommendations to senior leadership in a concise and impactful manner, leveraging Power Point for storytelling.
- Project Management: Lead cross‑functional projects to improve reporting processes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate patterns in ethics data to identify underlying issues and propose corrective actions.
- Collaboration: Partner with Ethics leadership, market Ethics teams, and business units to enhance reporting capabilities and ensure compliance with Walmart’s Code of Conduct.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Executive communication skills to present trends and insights to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong background and ability to leverage AI, including advanced prompting skills with large language models to analyze data and identify insights and trends.
- Experience conducting statistical analysis and working with large datasets.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability in research, problem‑solving, and identifying root causes.
