Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Business Analysis & Insights leads data‑driven strategy development by translating complex analytics into actionable business recommendations. This role partners cross‑functionally to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and drive execution of initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer outcomes. The position plays a critical role in shaping short‑ and long‑term business strategies through insight‑led decision‑making.

Our team is responsible for the seamless calculation, disbursement, and reporting of independent contractor earnings worldwide. We operate with a focus on compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement, directly impacting both company performance and the experience of our global contractor network. This role is pivotal in setting best practices and driving operational rigor across the organization.

• Lead data‑driven analysis and reporting to inform business strategies, translating complex insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
• Develop, execute, and refine business strategies by identifying opportunities, assessing program performance, and adjusting plans based on data, feedback, and outcomes.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate business needs, improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and drive consistent, scalable analytical processes.
• Oversee multiple initiatives and projects by setting priorities, removing barriers, measuring performance, and ensuring delivery against strategic objectives.

• Proven experience in business analysis, strategy development, and delivering actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong ability to evaluate financial and operational performance, assess feasibility, and recommend data‑backed initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects, influencing stakeholders, and driving execution across cross‑functional teams.
• Expertise in building governance, processes, and controls that ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
