What You’ll Do- As a Quick Lube Technician, you ll ensure every vehicle receives thorough and quality maintenance, keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
- Check and communicate oil level to teammates
- Adjust tire pressure to optimal levels
- Inspect and top off vehicle fluids
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
- Replace oil filters and drain plugs
- Clean and lubricate necessary fittings
- Deliver excellent customer service, prioritizing the customer perspective
- Qualifications
- Prior experience in an automotive dealership preferred
- Strong knowledge of the service drive
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Steady hands and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn new technology and repair procedures
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must maintain an insurable driving record
