• As a Quick Lube Technician, you ll ensure every vehicle receives thorough and quality maintenance, keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates
• Adjust tire pressure to optimal levels
• Inspect and top off vehicle fluids
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
• Replace oil filters and drain plugs
• Clean and lubricate necessary fittings
• Deliver excellent customer service, prioritizing the customer perspective

• Qualifications
• Prior experience in an automotive dealership preferred
• Strong knowledge of the service drive
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Steady hands and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn new technology and repair procedures
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must maintain an insurable driving record
