Overview
The Licensing Coordinator plays an important role in supporting HFA’s people, culture, and commitment to professional growth. Working closely with the Licensing Specialist, this position helps ensure that professional licenses, certifications, and continuing education requirements are accurate, current, and well supported across the firm. At HFA, we believe in investing in our people, and this role directly contributes to that mission by helping team members navigate licensure, continuing education, and career development pathways.
The Licensing Coordinator is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to support others behind the scenes while building strong execution and communication skills in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
- Licensing Management Resources and tool administration and updates
- Continuing Education filing and tracking for licensees
- Vendor webinar and Lunch N Learn program management and facilitation
- Continuing Education Resources and tool management
- Continuing Education tracking, updates, and reminders for licensees
- Vendor CE webinar and Lunch N Learn program management and facilitation
- Continuing Education/Seminar studio requests administration
- Onboarding intake, set up, and orientation of new team members
- Individual license applications, updates, management, and renewals
- Management of RCEP, Red Vector and all other licensing and Continuing Education systems
- Certification Management
- Organization membership requests and renewal management
- Path to Licensure facilitation of record set up and management, study materials, and group chats
- Management of individual and firm-wide Continuing Education resources / systems
- Certification and organization membership renewals and management
- Licensing candidate record set-up, study materials management, facilitate professional development chat groups, events, and opportunities
- Assist Licensing Specialist
- Develop strong communication skills
- Develop strong execution skills
- Prepare applications and track licensing for professionals as well as organization memberships
- Interns set up and maintenance, manage study library, assist with exams and licensure
- Manage all aspects of webinars and Lunch and Learns
- Monitor and request exam and education reimbursements
- Administration of all licensing resources and systems
- Research as needed
- Provide information for brand and marketing as needed
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
