• Design and create engineering specifications for software applications and programs
• Write and review code that adheres to established coding standards
• Participate in all aspects of the application integration build process, from idea generation to execution
• Monitor work against production schedules and report any issues or difficulties to lead developers
• Mentor associate software engineers and assist in their professional development

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Minimum of 3 years of understanding of web services technologies such as REST, HTTPS, and JSON
• Proven ability to work in an agile methodology, including participation in scrum ceremonies

• 3+ years of experience with Workday skills, including Workday Orchestration for Integrations and Workday Studio
• Knowledge of XSLT for transforming data within Workday Studio
• Experience with API design, development, and management
• Familiarity with Informatica Power Center and Dell Boomi for data integration
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting integration issues
