We are seeking a dedicated full-time Retail Specialist to join our team on-site in Benton, AR. The Retail Specialist will provide customers with product knowledge, guide them through the selection process, and ensure superior service. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, managing inventory, and ensuring the store is well-presented and organized to deliver a seamless customer experience. • Strong skills in Retail Sales, including assisting customers with product selection and purchase
• Comprehensive Product Knowledge to effectively recommend and promote items
• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create positive shopping experiences
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with customers and coworkers
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Prior experience in retail or a similar role is highly regarded
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, if needed
• Interest in sports medicine or biomechanics
