Night Shift: 11p‑7a, 3 shifts per week – part time.
Position TitleAssessment and Referral Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN
ResponsibilitiesRivendell Behavioral Health Services of Arkansas is looking for an Admissions and Referral Registered Nurse (RN). This position is essential to our success and requires handling a multitude of situations and patient populations while communicating effectively and efficiently with referral sources. The RN renders professional nursing care to patients during the assessment and admission process, performs continual patient assessment through observation of physical and behavioral symptomatology, documents all data accurately in a timely manner, and actively participates in the formulation and implementation of individual care plans.
The RN communicates pertinent data to other service areas as needed and assumes responsibilities delegated to admissions and referral representatives as regularly required. All actions are performed in accordance with competency guidelines and the full scope of practice outlined by the Arkansas Board of Nursing and agency policies, protocols, and standards.
