Lead Intake Coordinator

• Serve as the primary escalation point for all production team members, ensuring compliance and quality targets are met
• Assist the Supervisor in monitoring daily production and identifying team members requiring additional training
• Responsible for the creation and communication of daily metric reviews with the production team
• Monitor errors reported by the quality and audit team and alert the Supervisor of any trends
• Perform a designated level of production each month as determined by the manager

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in customer service and/or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

• 3 years of working knowledge of medical procedures and terminology
• 3 years of experience with health care claims, health insurance, and benefit administration
