• Drive engagement delivery by gathering and analyzing information, formulating hypotheses, and developing recommendations
• Own and manage a full workstream from start to finish, presenting findings to client managers and executives
• Actively expand consulting skills through project work, client interactions, and formal learning opportunities
• Support internal initiatives, including learning and development and team gatherings
• Facilitate meetings and workshops, coordinating with others for interdependencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice in a consulting firm or similar role
• At least 1 year of management experience or leading teams and projects of varying size and complexity
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments or across multiple businesses
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills

• Master’s Degree
• 1 year of aggregate project experience in the Healthcare industry (payor and/or provider)
• Lean Six Sigma or Human Centered Design (HCD) certification
• Familiarity with exponential technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI)
• Excellent communication skills across various mediums, including verbal, written, and Power Point
