Billing Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Billing/Title clerk to work in our Corporate Office. You will be responsbile for billing deals processing new/used titles and to pay DMV fees and maintain compliance with AR DMV rules.

• Handle all title work for specific dealerships assigned.
• Maintain current accounting schedules.
• Issue title work to DMV and/or customers in a timely manner.
• Track titling progress for all deals and notify team leader of problems.
• Document and update Reynolds system and customer notes.
• Be able to adhere to processing deadlines.
• Title Suspense Issues
• Duplicate Titles/TPOC
• Missin Lien Letters
• Follow-up on Missing Titles
• Comply Deal Paperwork
• Billing - Retail Deals
• Dealer Trades Billing/Paperwork
• Retail Customer Paperwork
• Cut Checks for Deals
• We Owe

• Prior auto dealership experience and titling experience a MUST.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and mutlitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communicaiton skills.
