Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including customer disputes, suspected shoplifting, and medical situations, and notify site leadership and/or emergency services as directed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, stock areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points, observe for policy violations, and assist with crowd and/or line management during peak shopping periods and special events;
Complete detailed incident reports, activity logs, and shift communications, and coordinate with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts to support security-related operations
