Security Officer - Flex Mobile Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail and mall setting;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disorderly conduct, medical situations, and fire or weather-related events;
Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, common areas, parking lots, and perimeter areas to help to deter theft and other unwanted activity;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, providing a visible presence and assisting with traffic flow, store closing activities, and after-hours checks as directed;
Document observations, patrol activity, and incidents in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site management
