Security Officer -Flex Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor for suspicious behavior, potential theft indicators, and/or disturbances; approach and communicate in a professional manner and notify store leadership and/or law enforcement as directed by site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, documenting events, and completing reports.;
Control access at designated points, help manage traffic flow and cart areas as assigned, and support store closing/opening procedures per post orders.
