Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role located in Saint Joseph, MI, for a Manufacturing Manager. The Manufacturing Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control processes, and managing overall manufacturing activities. This role involves optimizing processes, supervising production teams, ensuring safety and compliance, and implementing efficiency improvements to meet production goals. The manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and drive productivity enhancements.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure efficient operations and meet production targets.
  • Knowledge of Quality Control processes to uphold high standards in manufacturing output.
  • Experience in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management to effectively oversee workplace activities and resources.
  • Ability to lead teams, solve problems effectively, and drive process improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in using manufacturing software and data analysis tools for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar industry is advantageous.
