Provide customer service to client staff and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, offices, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Monitor access control points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations;
Complete required reports and activity logs, document security-related incidents, and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or client contacts
