Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) located in Bensenville, IL. The RBT will provide direct behavioral intervention and support to clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key responsibilities include implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting and analyzing data, maintaining accurate client records, and providing feedback and updates to the supervising BCBA.

This role aims to encourage positive behavior and skill development in clients, ensuring the highest standard of care and adherence to ethical guidelines in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Experience in delivering Behavioral Intervention services
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and supervisors
  • Understanding of Psychology principles as they relate to behavior
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with individuals requiring behavioral support
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain detailed records
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in Psychology or a related field preferred)
  • Ability to work on-site in Bensenville, IL
