• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process in the consolidation system, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Review divisional financial statements, analyze balance sheet accounts, and provide guidance to divisional teams on GAAP compliance.
• Assist with SEC reporting and preparation of external financial information.
• Partner with accounting locations to streamline and improve financial close processes across multiple business units.
• Perform ad hoc analysis, management reporting, and special projects to support leadership decision‑making.
• Prepare government census reporting and other regulatory filings as required.
• Work closely with the Corporate Controller and divisional controllers, gaining valuable exposure to corporate and operational finance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or large company environments.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, accounting processes, and internal control concepts.
• Experience with consolidation systems (One Stream, Hyperion, or similar) a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Exposure to Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast‑moving organization.
