Job Responsibilities:- Prepare and postjournal entries (J/Es), including accruals, reclasses, and adjustments
- Perform monthly account reconciliations (rec’s) for balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Own and support theend‑of‑month (EOM) close process, ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintain and analyze general ledger activity; investigate and resolve variances
- Prepare schedules and support for financial reporting and audits
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting controls
- Assist with process improvements and documentation of accounting procedures
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with AP, AR, Payroll, and FP&A as needed
- Support year‑end close and external audit requests
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proven experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
