Position: Customer Service Associate I

Overview /p>

We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

Responsibilities ul> li>Assist customers with questions and recommendations li>Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register li>Maintain security of cash and protect company assets li>Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise li>Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards li>Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders li>Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable li>Other duties as assigned* /ul> Skills and Experience ul> li>High school diploma or equivalent is preferred li>Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred li>Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required li>Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.
