Starting Pay - $14.01/hour
** SIGN ON BONUS $2500** $2.00 Evening & Weekend Shift Differential

Purpose:
To assist in coordinating recreational activities with residents.

Responsibilities:

· Assist residents in preparing for activity and social programs.

· Documenting information

· Transporting patients to/from Activity Programs

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
