About the Position
This is an immediate opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join an established group of physician-owned, independent primary care practices. The new addition to their team can be experienced or newly graduated and treat patients across the lifespan. They will need to be confident in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, in health maintenance and prevention of diseases, patient education, immunizations, and physicals, etc.
This office uses state-of-the-art technology and has developed its practice into a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) primary care model. They are open on weekdays and will not require weekend coverage. They would like to hire and start the right provider quickly, so a Vermont license is a plus. Not licensed? Comp Health offers license assistance.  This is a full-time, benefitted position in Southwestern Vermont.
