Overview
Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC) seeks an experienced registered nurse for our Emergency Department. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing individualized, goal-directed nursing care. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a creative, vibrant, results-focused, and team-oriented professional who is well versed in patient-centered, evidence-based, outcome-driven care.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized, goal-directed nursing care within the Emergency Department.
- Contribute to patient-centered, evidence-based, outcome-driven care as part of a collaborative team.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Registered Nursing License by date of employment
- Healthcare Provider BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Prior nursing experience preferred
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
