Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Tansitor is currently seeking applicants for an Assembler/Dispense Operator. Responsible for the efficient running of Assembly & Dispense operations on 1st shift within the Bennington, VT manufacturing location.

Vishay Tansitor is located in Bennington, VT and is the world’s number one manufacturer of wet tantalum and conformal-coated capacitors worldwide. Tansitor has approximately 100 employees between 3 shifts. Pay is $17.

• Performs specific manufacturing functions in the production of capacitors such as, but not limited to, dispensing, crimping, negative lead, racking, seal placement, ST blanket prep, buffing, vacuum impregnation.
• May have occasional exposure to dust, noise, heat, and mild chemicals that fall below acceptable limits as established by current government standards

• Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions
• Good communication and math skills.
