Responsible for the efficient running of Assembly & Dispense operations on 1st shift within the Bennington, VT manufacturing location. This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations. As such, this position is open only to applicants who qualify as “U.S. Persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R., including U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Bennington, VT. Vishay Tansitor is located in Bennington, VT and is the world’s number one manufacturer of wet tantalum and conformal‑coated capacitors worldwide. Tansitor has approximately 100 employees between 3 shifts. Pay is $16–$17 per hour.

• Electrically test parts
• Visually inspect parts
• Transfer parts
• Rack parts onto a test board
• Verify testing screen
• Load and unload test boards in an oven

• Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions
• Good communication and math skills
