Vishay Tansitor is currently seeking applicants for a Weld Operator on 1st shift.

Job Location: Vishay Tansitor is located in Bennington, VT and is the world’s number one manufacturer of wet tantalum and conformal-coated capacitors worldwide. Tansitor has approximately 100 employees between 3 shifts.

• Will be operating several types of welding machines as listed below.
• Laser Rim weld, Ball welder and Plus/Negative Lead welders.
• Other duties as required.

• Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication and math skills.
