The Patient Financial Advisor is responsible for providing a variety of customer service and collections/troubleshooting services in support of the accounts receivable department of SVMC.

High School diploma or equivalency required. Associate's degree preferred. Two years of medical billing experience required. Excellent keyboarding skills required.
