Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Direct Support Professional to work at a facility in Bennington, VT
. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $29.25 / hour

• Class: DSP - Driving Shift: 2 Start: 15:00:00 End: 23:00:00

• Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Direct Support Professional
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
• Must have up to date certification in the state of VT

• Assisting clients with daily living activities (eating, bathing, dressing, hygiene)
• Supporting clients with mobility and transportation
• Helping with household tasks (cleaning, cooking, laundry)
• Monitoring and documenting client's progress and health
• Administering medications (if trained and permitted)
• Encouraging independence and life skills development
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting clients in community activities and social interactions
• Ensuring safety and well-being at all times
• Communicating with families and healthcare providers as needed
