We invite a skilled, compassionate Pediatrician to join a dedicated, patient-centered team in a thriving hospital-employed practice within a Dartmouth affiliated health system. This 100-bed nonprofit medical center provides care to more than 75,000 residents across Vermont, New York, and Massachusetts, supported by a network of 25 specialty and primary care practices.

Join a collegial group of Pediatricians and Advanced Practice Providers providing compassionate, high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents. You will cover routine newborns and attend C-sections and high-risk deliveries. Most of your time will be spent in a popular outpatient clinic on the hospital campus, supported by an excellent clinical and administrative team committed to patient-centered care. Full-time hospital-employed position with Dartmouth affiliate Balanced inpatient/outpatient practice with newborn and delivery coverage Supportive team of Pediatricians, APPs, and experienced nursing staff Collaborative administration focused on quality and provider satisfaction

This is a full-time position offering a starting salary of at least $240K plus incentive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
