General Manager – Ice Age Management, Inc.

Position Overview: The General Manager will run a profitable restaurant and ensure that the establishment meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The role involves setting restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership, developing plans to achieve those goals, and leading a team of Department Managers.

• Manage day‑to‑day operations to maintain profitability and high customer standards.
• Set restaurant goals with leadership and develop a strategy to achieve them.
• Lead, coach, and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure effective operations.
• Hire and train new managers as needed to build a strong leadership team.
• Work with the owner to meet performance targets and improve departmental performance.

• Prior General Manager experience in high‑volume quick‑service restaurants.
• Strong background and success in quick‑service restaurant (QSR) environments.
• Open availability and reliable transportation.
• Leadership skills that inspire and develop a high‑performance team.
