What You'll Be DoingOperate excavators safely and efficiently to support production needs
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Load, move, and position materials according to site requirements
Communicate with team members to ensure safe and coordinated operations
Follow all safety policies, site procedures, and environmental guidelines
Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
Strong awareness of site safety practices and hazard recognition
Capability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
Commitment to equipment care, inspections, and preventive maintenance
Reliable teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
$25.00 to $33.01 per hour
