This opportunity is for our Electric Heat business, a trusted leader in electric heating and ventilation solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. Backed by ASPEQ Heating Group and Marley Engineered Products, we offer a wide range of standard and customized products through brands like QMark, Indeeco, Berko, and Brasch. Our portfolio includes baseboard, wall, unit, and infrared heaters, along with ceiling fans and air circulators, designed to deliver comfort, reliability, and performance.

• Set up Mechanical and Hydraulic presses.
• Determine parts to be run and set up for an area or set of presses.
• Train other operators on how to operate the machine and perform some setup.
• Perform the operation to process.
• Retrieve, load, and unload specified materials and parts.
• Produce parts to drawing tolerances and adjust as needed.
• Ensure quality and conformance to specifications.
• Advise supervisor and QC of any quality issues.
• Use safety devices as prescribed by the manufacturer or MEP.
• Perform specified preventive maintenance of equipment and tooling and assist in repairs as required.
• Responsible for ensuring the safe work habits of any associate assigned to a job you or another setup person has configured.
• Fill out all required paperwork and train others on the same.
• Responsible for detailing the quality inspection required by any associate you assign to a job that you or another setup person has configured.
• Maintain 5S responsibilities of assigned work areas.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One to two years related experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in machine setup, tooling and fabrication
• Forklift Certification or experience preferred

• Math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, including decimals and fractions.
• Simple use of formulas, charts, tables, drawings specifications, schedules, wiring diagrams together with the use of adjustable measuring instruments.
