** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead and oversee maintenance activities for fixed plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
* Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
* Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to achieve cost-effective solutions.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and equipment longevity.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Strong technical knowledge of aggregate plant equipment and maintenance practices.
* Proven ability to lead teams and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
* Skilled in planning, organizing, and prioritizing maintenance activities in a dynamic environment.
