Security Officer - Part-Time Foot Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and/or petrochemical location.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, tank farms, gates, parking areas, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Control access by checking identification, issuing visitor instructions, managing sign-in and/or badge processes as directed, and monitoring entry and exit points in accordance with post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including receiving radio calls, observing and reporting suspicious activity, and coordinating notifications to site contacts and/or public responders when directed.;
Complete timely reports and logs such as patrol documentation, incident reports, and shift turnover notes, and monitor cameras and/or alarm panels when assigned.
