• Provide an exceptional dining experience to guests—greeting, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Follow operational standards and safety procedures to serve fresh, quality food.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, potentially at different positions—front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive environment.

• Friendly and helpful attitude.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school education.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local regulations, obtained at your expense.

Work environment includes hot and noisy kitchens, with physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods, and working quickly and accurately. Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and communicate effectively is essential.

Pay Range: $23 - $26 per hour, based on experience and location.
