Position Overview:TEAM is seeking an experienced person for Leak Detection & Repair Services (LDAR), responsible for conducting air monitoring and emissions measurement activities, performing equipment calibrations and maintenance, and collecting and organizing field data for air quality compliance and emissions assessment programs along with being responsible for leadership of field personnel. Must be safety-focused, keen to train and learn with a good work ethic to continue a career within the service line career path assigned.

- Plans, organizes, and controls assigned operations in accordance with guidelines and schedules established.
- Maintains total awareness of customer and company policies, regulations, and procedures and ensures proper adherence to them with respect to contract operations.
- Performs EPA Method 21 hydrocarbon leak detection using a portable gas analyzer and electronic data collector.
- Performs analyzer certification and calibration, and routine preventative maintenance to assure optimum operation of testing equipment.
- Assures all activities for an assigned monitoring route are completed within a time frame consistent with TEAM's policies and procedures, assuring all components are monitored completely and are accurately reported.
- Identifies leaks as prescribed by the applicable governing regulations and completes and attaches a leaking component tag to properly identify the leak source.
- Support in training to field personnel assigned to perform LDAR activities.
- Conducts and/or attends safety meetings to always ensure safe practices
- Perform routine field assessments and undetected observations of technician's field activities and work behaviors.
- Identifies circumstances that necessitate the use of proper safety procedures and equipment.
- Properly uses and completes customer and company job related forms and paperwork.
- Properly uses, cares for and maintains monitoring equipment and company vehicles.
- Communicates and deals with customers and other parties in such a manner as to benefit the professional reputation of the company.
- Perform field work and exhibit proficient performance of all aspects of LDAR activities.
- Performs visual assessments for evidence of leaking hydrocarbons, and report equipment with open-ended lines.
- Maintains the identification system of LDAR components and identifies and records changes in the LDAR component inventory.
- Provides ECS reports daily and communicates with site-specific personnel and branch management regarding equipment changes.
- Communicates with plant personnel as directed.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Attend and complete the required training to maintain competence and to continuously improve their skills and levels of competence and knowledge.
- Identifies circumstances that necessitate the use of proper safety procedures and equipment.
- Extensive walking with the ability to lift and carry 20 pounds.
- Sufficient personal mobility to maneuver in a standard, refinery or plant environment to include the ability to access elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells except when performing non-field duties.
